Enhanced services are used when someone has an identified need and where more routine services are insufficient to maintain a person’s safety and well being.
One to One care and Two to One care can be provided at Fonthill. We make careful assessment of a person’s needs and where necessary are able to offer individualised and bespoke packages of care. This means that someone’s safety can be promoted & maintained without unnecessary restrictions or pharmaceutical interventions.
We work towards matching a person’s needs & preferences to a member or members of the full time Fonthill staff. This creates a quality and consistent service which enhances the persons safety as well as quality of experience.
