Specialist 121 Care

We are now able to offer COVID safe visiting at our care home, contact our team for more information.

We are also delighted to announce that residents and staff have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

Sometimes people require a little more.  When special care is required Fonthill can offer an enhanced level of support.

Enhanced services are used when someone has an identified need and where more routine services are insufficient to maintain a person’s safety and well being.

One to One care and Two to One care can be provided at Fonthill.  We make careful assessment of a person’s needs and where necessary are able to offer individualised and bespoke packages of care.  This means that someone’s safety can be promoted & maintained without unnecessary restrictions or pharmaceutical interventions.

There are many reasons that a person may benefit from intensive community based care, such as epilepsy, dementia,  mental health or learning disabilities.

We work towards matching a person’s needs & preferences to a member or members of the full time Fonthill staff.  This creates a quality and consistent service which enhances the persons safety as well as quality of experience.
