Included in our holistic approach, is restaurant quality food prepared by our team of chefs. Everything is freshly prepared each day: we work with dietitians and nutritionists to create appetising menus which can be tailor-made for each guest. Freshly caught fish, the finest meats, nutritious smoothies and juices all help to improve well being, health and vitality.
A seasonal menu is served in our restaurant and head chef James takes great care to tailor the dishes to the style of food our residents enjoy. As health needs change, James (lead by Claire our dietitian) adapts the menus ensuring nutritious meals are served and enjoyed.
Once the food has left the kitchen Linda takes over front of house. She manages the waiting team in the restaurant, room service team and our coffee shop (where family and friends regularly dine with us). Everything served in the restaurant can be eaten in residents’ rooms. There are a selection of traditional teas and fresh cakes served in our coffee shop daily and cream tea served at 3pm in the coffee shop and to residents rooms.
